Where an employee identifies a personal conflict of interest or a potential conflict of interest related to his/her employment condition, he/she must report this immediately to his/her direct manager for review and decision.
The employee’s manager shall inform the Company designated ethics officer of the situation and the proposed resolution.
Nesma prohibits employees from working for a 3 rd party and/or actively managing a personal business outside Nesma and considers this to be a conflict of interest.
Employees who have commercial registrations in their name must disclose their business interest, level of involvement, and sign the conflict of interest declaration.
HR shall ensure that all employees sign the declaration at the time of recruitment and that a copy is kept in the Company’s records.
