A copy of your passport and, for non-Saudis, the passports of any dependents*
Medical test for you and your recognized dependents at a company-approved facility
Original employment offer
Original contract
Your CV
Proof of all relevant educational qualifications
Transfer work permit (for non- Saudis hired locally)
Saudi Arabian government clearance, where required for non- Saudis
Additionally, be sure to inform HR of any important updates such as changes to:
Your name
Home address
Home and mobile phone number
Marital status
Number of dependents
Any important health information
Emergency telephone numbers and whom to notify in case of an emergency
Additional education and special training courses
Over time, the company will also record in your personnel file the following:
Performance appraisal reports
Disciplinary actions
Special commendations
Status changes affecting your work and salary history
Leave history
Other relevant documents as determined by management
* Who are my dependents? We define dependents here as: a. The spouse of an employee b. Sons under the age of eighteen (18) who are
unmarried and unemployed c. Daughters who are financially dependent upon the employee, are unmarried and unemployed d. Note that dependents must be included in the employee’s residency permit and living in K.S.A
